Dairy and plant fats are neutral and safe

The culprit are saturated fat from animal flesh meat or pork belly fat for instance. These fats contain pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL6 and TNF-d which have shown to cause insulin resistance and fat gain. Dairy and plant fats are neutral and safe.
