Do not use carb fuel in high fat days. And note that butter fat is not an ideal fat fuel. Instead use foods predominately rich in monounsaturated fat such as nuts, seeds, olives and avocado.

High fat diet does not inhibit growth hormone or testosterone production. Quite the opposite. The key factor for HGH and T viability is insulin sensitivity. The high fat low glycemic diet promotes insulin sensitivity and thus help keep these hormones intact.
